Decree of the Radom tax tribunal in the case of Piotr Karczewski versus the land elders of Volhynia

The Decree of infamy imposed on the land elders of Volhynia in the case of Piotr Karczewski, the heir of Beresteczko, for the failure to implement the decree of the Radom Tribunal of the 18th June, 1749, in the case between them concerning the overburdening of the Jews of Beresteczko with the poll tax, detaching of the sub-kahals, and disregarding the command of the Crown Treasurer concerning the tax concessions for Beresteczko.
